Introduction

These FlowFluencer Program Terms of Participation (“Terms”) govern participation in the FlowFluencer

Program operated by Common-Unite LLC (“Common-Unite,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The FlowFluencer

Program allows approved participants (“FlowFluencers,” “you,” or “your”) to promote Flow Tool Kit

products and earn commissions on qualifying purchases made using promotional referral codes. These

Terms apply in addition to the Flow Tool Kit Terms of Service and other policies referenced therein.

Acceptance of Terms

By applying to, registering for, accessing, or participating in the FlowFluencer Program, you

acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Participation in

the FlowFluencer Program constitutes legally binding acceptance of these Terms, even if no physical or

electronic signature is provided.

Program Exclusivity

The FlowFluencer Program is an exclusive affiliate initiative limited to ten (10) active FlowFluencers at

any given time. Participation is granted solely at the discretion of Common-Unite and may be revoked

Promotional Codes and Referral Tracking

Approved FlowFluencers may receive promotional codes that provide customer discounts, such as

10%, 20%, 30%, or 40%. Promotional codes may be shared through social media posts, blog articles,

newsletters, presentations, or direct client communications. Referral attribution and commission

tracking are determined exclusively by Common-Unite's internal systems.

Commission Structure

FlowFluencers may earn commissions on eligible Flow Tool Kit products, including the Flow Tool Kit

Unlimited subscriptions and approved accelerator packages, such as the Stripe Accelerator and

Volunteers for Salesforce Accelerator. Current commission terms may include: • 30% recurring

commission on Flow Tool Kit Unlimited subscriptions for up to twenty-four (24) months • 15%

one-time commission on approved accelerator packages. Commissions are calculated based on net

sales revenue after discounts, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and transaction fees.

FlowFluencers are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information and complying with

all applicable tax laws.
