Introduction
These FlowFluencer Program Terms of Participation (“Terms”) govern participation in the FlowFluencer
Program operated by Common-Unite LLC (“Common-Unite,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The FlowFluencer
Program allows approved participants (“FlowFluencers,” “you,” or “your”) to promote Flow Tool Kit
products and earn commissions on qualifying purchases made using promotional referral codes. These
Terms apply in addition to the Flow Tool Kit Terms of Service and other policies referenced therein.
Acceptance of Terms
By applying to, registering for, accessing, or participating in the FlowFluencer Program, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Participation in
the FlowFluencer Program constitutes legally binding acceptance of these Terms, even if no physical or
electronic signature is provided.
Program Exclusivity
The FlowFluencer Program is an exclusive affiliate initiative limited to ten (10) active FlowFluencers at
any given time. Participation is granted solely at the discretion of Common-Unite and may be revoked
at any time.
Promotional Codes and Referral Tracking
Approved FlowFluencers may receive promotional codes that provide customer discounts, such as
10%, 20%, 30%, or 40%. Promotional codes may be shared through social media posts, blog articles,
newsletters, presentations, or direct client communications. Referral attribution and commission
tracking are determined exclusively by Common-Unite's internal systems.
Commission Structure
FlowFluencers may earn commissions on eligible Flow Tool Kit products, including the Flow Tool Kit
Unlimited subscriptions and approved accelerator packages, such as the Stripe Accelerator and
Volunteers for Salesforce Accelerator. Current commission terms may include: • 30% recurring
commission on Flow Tool Kit Unlimited subscriptions for up to twenty-four (24) months • 15%
one-time commission on approved accelerator packages. Commissions are calculated based on net
sales revenue after discounts, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and transaction fees.
Payment Terms
Commissions are paid monthly and may be subject to a minimum payout threshold of $25.
FlowFluencers are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information and complying with
all applicable tax laws.
Promotional Activity Requirements
To remain active in the program, FlowFluencers must complete at least one promotional activity each
month featuring the Flow Tool Kit. Examples include social media posts, Salesforce user group
presentations, blog articles, tutorials, or conference demonstrations. When posting online,
FlowFluencers should: • @mention Common-Unite • include the hashtag #FlowToolKit
Marketing Compliance
FlowFluencers must comply with all applicable advertising, marketing, and consumer protection laws,
including the FTC Endorsement Guides. FlowFluencers must disclose their referral relationship when
promoting Flow Tool Kit products.
Fraud and Abuse Prevention
The following actions are prohibited: • self-referrals using personal accounts • fake purchases or
referral manipulation • automated referral generation • misrepresentation of Flow Tool Kit products
Common-Unite may investigate suspicious activity, revoke commissions, or terminate participation
if violations occur.
Promotional Code Control
Promotional codes remain the property of Common-Unite. Codes may not be distributed to coupon
aggregation websites or discount marketplaces without written permission. Common-Unite reserves
the right to deactivate promotional codes at any time.
Program Modifications
Common-Unite may modify, suspend, or discontinue the FlowFluencer Program at any time, including
changes to commissions, eligible products, discount levels, or participation requirements. Continued
participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Reputation and Brand Protection
FlowFluencers must represent Common-Unite and the Flow Tool Kit in a professional and responsible
manner. Common-Unite may terminate participation if a FlowFluencer engages in conduct that harms
the reputation of Common-Unite or its products.
Termination
Participation in the FlowFluencer Program is voluntary and revocable. Common-Unite may terminate
participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, promotional codes
may be deactivated, and future commissions will cease.
Independent Contractor Status
FlowFluencers participate as independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or agents of
Common-Unite.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Common-Unite from claims, damages, or liabilities arising
from your promotional activities, breach of these Terms, or violations of applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Common-Unite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from participation in the FlowFluencer Program.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or participation in the FlowFluencer Program shall be resolved
through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. Arbitration will occur in Jackson County,
Missouri, unless both parties agree to conduct arbitration virtually.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in
Jackson County, Missouri.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing participation in the FlowFluencer Program.

Participation Acknowledgement
By participating in the FlowFluencer Program, accessing the partner dashboard, and using promotional
codes, or otherwise promoting the Flow Tool Kit, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by these
Terms of Participation.
